Sticky Rice Balls

Several days ago, after a nice dinner at home, we had some sticky rice balls (peanut flavor) with sweet ginger soup. In Chinese culture, we share these sweet chewy rice balls when the whole family is gathered, which was the case. I had a wonderful time and felt so warm inside out.

Sticky rice and peanuts are my favorite too! My first time hearing cooking them in ginger soup, but sounds delicious!

How are you?

I heard about typhoon in Hong Kong last couple of days. It was windy and raining. Did you go out when Typhoon Signal 8 was up?

I like the ginger soup with the sweet sticky rice ball with either peanut butter or black sesame paste. I guess your grandma is a super good cook. It must be very yummy!

Thanks for sharing with us your wonderful moments in Hong Kong. Honestly, all your pictures made me feel I should go back as well for a trip.
