Several days ago, after a nice dinner at home, we had some sticky rice balls (peanut flavor) with sweet ginger soup. In Chinese culture, we share these sweet chewy rice balls when the whole family is gathered, which was the case. I had a wonderful time and felt so warm inside out.

Sticky rice and peanuts are my favorite too! My first time hearing cooking them in ginger soup, but sounds delicious!
