So all my performances of Herman Schmerman are now over. It has been a wonderful opportunity and experience. I have learnt so much and have grown so much as a dancer from it. I feel proud and happy to have done it. Thank you to all of you who supported and encouraged me throughout this Herman Schmerman journey. A particular THANK YOU to Noah Gelber, who believed in me and gave me this opportunity to do this ballet in Opera Garnier, who taught me so much during the whole preparation process.....

I will miss Herman Schmerman, and this is from the last stage rehearsal that we had with Noah:
Yesterday, I did another gala in Clamart, a small city in the south west of Paris. It was a school show in which I performed the famous Don Quixote pas de deux with the teacher of this school named Sara. How I admired the courage of Sara to organise this whole school show, and to perform in front of all her students and students' parents! We performed at the end of the show, and throughout the entire performance Sara had to look after all the children, instead of warming up for herself. Bravo Sara!

For me, I enjoyed it all the way. Performing for an amateur public was so pleasurable. I just enjoyed my own dancing without any pressure about the technical details. Pure pleasure!

On the way home, totally exhausted after a long week of rehearsals and performances, while waiting for the bus, I looked at the magnificent flowers that Sara bought to me, feeling that all the stress (for Herman Schmerman, this gala) is finally gone, I buried myself into the soothing scent of the beautiful Don-Quixote-colored roses. Oh, it was a wonderful moment. I took a photo of my view on the roses of that time to capture the precious moment.

I just thought the name Herman Shmermern isn't kind of humour? Thanks for the video. The movements and music are very different from the classic ballet. But I like it!

You look great in the photos with Sara. And beautiful roses. It's wonderful you enjoyed the whole experience of the gala performance!
